The Jack Horner Interiors website is owned and operated by Jack Horner Pty Ltd ( ABN 33 080 946 011 ). Your use of our website ( including the purchase of any goods from the website ) is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
Your use of our website constitutes your acceptance and agreement to these Terms and Conditions. Please read the Terms and Conditions thoroughly.
Jack Horner Interiors reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice to you. Your ongoing use of the website following any amendment or modification constitutes an agreement by you to abide and be bound by the amended or modified Terms and Conditions.

-use this website for any purpose other than for reasonable personal use in connection with legitimate purchase of our products.

The information contained in this website is provided for personal use only. Content may not be used for commercial use.
The products offered for sale on this website are only available to persons who can enter into a legally binding contract. By using this website you warrant that you are over the age of 18 and are legally not prohibited from entering into a binding contract.
PLACING AN ORDER.
Any order that is placed by you through this website is an offer by you to purchase a product/s for the price ( including delivery and any other charges and taxes ) specified in this website at the time you placed your order. We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer for any reason, including, without limitation, the unavailability of any product/s, an error in the price or the description of the product as shown on this website or due to an error in your order.
1. How to order
- Simply add any items that you wish to purchase to your shopping cart.
-delivery costs are calculated at the checkout based on item weight and your location
-Payment by credit card or direct bank deposit will be used to complete your purchase.
2. Processing your order
Jack Horner Interiors will not process your order until full payment of the order has been received by us ( in cleared funds )
3. Out of stock items.
-In the event that a product is out of stock, Jack Horner Interiors will contact you by email or phone and give you an indication as to availability and an anticipated delivery time.
-If you have paid for a product/s that are sold out or no longer available and you do not wish to proceed with your order you will be offered a full refund.
Prices of products and any charges and taxes displayed on this website are current at the time of issue, but may change at any time and are subject to availability. All prices shown on this website are in Australian dollars. Prices are applicable in Australia only.
All prices are exclusive of delivery charges which will be advised separately.
1. Changes to pricing
Jack Horner Interiors makes every effort to ensure that our pricing is correct and up to date. In the event that the price of your purchase/s is higher than quoted on our website we will contact you immediately by email or phone to advise of such change and to gain your permission to proceed with your order. Should you decide not to proceed you will be offered a full refund.
2. GST and other taxes.
All prices displayed on this website are inclusive of Goods and Services tax (GST) applied at a rate of 10 %.
1. Delivery Address
Please provide a delivery address where deliveries can be made during normal business hours from Monday to Friday. A post office box is not acceptable.
If there is nobody to sign for the goods when they are delivered the freight carrier will leave a missed delivery advice card in your letter box advising of failed delivery. You will then need to make contact with freight carrier directly to arrange another time for re delivery.
2. Delivery Instructions.
Please provide clear delivery instructions. Many of our items are large and heavy and may require special delivery arrangements. Should your delivery address be an apartment block, high rise building, block of units or flats or have restricted access you MUST notify us so that special arrangements can be made if necessary.
3. Delivery Times.
If your order contains multiple products then individual products may be delivered on different days, depending on the availability of freight carriers on any given day to facilitate the delivery.
In most cases we expect delivery to have been completed within 10 - 21 days of receiving payment of order (cleared funds ), depending on where you live. Please note that on occasion delivery times may change based on factors outside of our control such as supply interruptions or your delivery location.
It is advisable to have someone at the delivery address to accept and sign for goods.
You can request to be contacted prior to delivery.
4. Receipt of delivery.
Before signing as having received the products in good order, please unpack and check the product/s for any faults or damages. If you have any concerns you must make the appropriate notes on the delivery cart note before signing it and ask the driver to initial your remarks. If possible, please take a photo of the fault or damage immediately following delivery ( or of damaged carton before unpacking ).
Please notify Jack Horner Interiors of any faulty or damaged goods within 24 hours of receipt of the goods by emailing email@example.com
Once we have received your advice of any faulty or damaged goods we will liase directly with our suppliers to resolve the issue. Please refer to our Refunds and Returns policy.
Jack Horner Interiors will arrange for delivery on your behalf. Our transit insurance ensures that your goods are fully covered for any accidental damage or breakages that may occur during the delivery process.

If making a payment by credit card over the phone your details will be taken by one of our staff ( and promptly destroyed after transaction has been processed ).
Any information we obtain from you through our website is for our use solely and will NOT be shared with any other business or organisation.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
Jack Horner Interiors has taken all reasonable efforts to ensure that the contents of this website and the information contained herein is accurate and up to date. However, we do not give any representation or warranty as to the accuracy and completeness of information contained on the website and cannot be held liable for any person/s who may suffer loss relying on the information contained on this website.
Jack Horner Interiors accepts no liability for any error in data or other information transmitted through this website, whether that error is caused by you or any technical malfunction or unauthorised access to or alteration of data or other information transmitted through this website or of any information contained on this website.
Refunds & Returns Policy.
Jack Horner Interiors products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Please visit the Australian Consumer Law website.
Jack Horner Interiors will only make, and is only obligated to make, a refund in accordance with the Refunds & Returns Policy as stated by Australian Consumer Law.
REFUND / REPLACEMENT POLICY.
1.Where your products are damaged in transit.
We carry transit insurance to protect our customers purchases. However, when you have signed for goods without outlining any faults or damage then these goods may not be covered by transit insurance. You MUST inspect your goods upon delivery and outline any faults or damage on the delivery note before signing it. You must ask the driver to initial your remarks. If possible take a photo of the damage immediately following delivery.
You must notify Jack Horner Interiors within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. Failure to do so will mean that any transit policy will be voided.
We will send a replacement item as soon as possible after transit damage has been established.
2. Your goods have a manufacturers fault / flaw.
If you detect a manufacturers fault with your item you must notify us within 7 days. You will be offered a replacement item if available. If a replacement item is not available you will be offered a similar item at a similar price or a refund. A refund is not available if a replacement is available. A refund is not available if fault is not reported within 7 days.
3. The incorrect item has been delivered to you.
Please contact Jack Horner Interiors within 24 hours of the delivery of an incorrect item. We will arrange for the collection of the incorrect item and the delivery of the correct item. You will not be charged any extra charges in this circumstance.
The replacement item will be delivered within the normal delivery time frame for that item.
4. Goods damaged by wear and tear.
We will not accept the return of goods that are damaged ( accidentally or otherwise ) or due to natural wear and tear following delivery.
5. Change of mind.
You are not entitled to a refund based solely on "Change of mind". Whilst we aim to provide you with as much information as possible to assist you in making your choice of purchase, all transactions are final. Refunds are not available should the item not be suitable.
By using our website, you accept that you will not be entitled to refuse delivery of goods nor request a return, refund or exchange of goods you have purchased from this website on the basis that you have changed your mind about the purchase of the goods.
MODE OF REFUND.
All refunds will be provided to you by electronic funds transfer to your nominated account. Credit card reversals are available ( if circumstances allow ). Method is decided at discretion of Jack Horner Interiors.
COLOUR OF PRODUCTS.
We take great care to provide you with accurate colour descriptions and images.
However as colours may vary due to slight differences in dye lots and also colour variance in colours utilised by computer monitors, we will not offer a refund if the colour of the item delivered varies ( within reason ) from the image depicted on your screen.
With handmade items there is also an expected variation of patterns, tones and minor details ( in carvings etc ). We will include this information in the description of the item.
Jack Horner Interiors is covered by the Australian Privacy Principles made under the Privacy Act 1988.
All the information obtained by us through this website will not be disclosed to any third party. We will only discuss orders with the person who placed the order in the first instance.
